I lived here for a year and it was great! It's in a great location close to campus and restaurants, the energy bills were silly cheap, and the landlord is super nice and quick to respond for any issues. Also Banita street is sort of tucked away so it feels very peaceful compared to the surrounding streets.
Really really nice and cozy apartments! Landlord is super friendly, approachable, and quick to fix problems when they come up. Just a walk away from the university and the convenience store, I’ve really enjoyed living here!
I just recently moved In a month ago. Loving my stay this far! Very peaceful environment & love the free laundry service that the landlord provides complementary! The landlord is super attentive to all your needs as well I 100% recommend renting here! Couldn’t have been more blessed!
