Cant say enough good things about hometown solutions. Owner chad was very detailed and responded quickly with any questions. Now the big question how was the quality of work. Nothing short of excellent. lead Alex was great! Every day he left the place cleaned up like he wasnt ever there. Quality of craftmanship was shown and pride in their work was evident. Any little issue was brought up and ideas on how to remedy.
Working with Chad and his crew was truely a blessing as we were in a situation with our basement wall and his work had to stop.They changed the schedule without missing a beat.True professional....always showed...always on time...and put up with us..lol . My husband and I appreciated his helpful suggestions very much .Now as far as the workmenship....WOW ...we love it ! CHAD AND ALEX YOU ROCK!!
I am very happy with the work done (a replacement window, and new storm door and front door). The communication was excellent. Chad listened to any concerns we had and made sure we got the right product to start out with. Installation was meticulous (it's not easy fitting a brand new perfectly rectangular door into a 40+ year old opening!). The front porch on my home was just completed by Hometown Solutions and I absolutely love it. The job was completed within the quoted timeframe. Chad was very honest about any issues that arose working on a home from 1900 and was quick to offer solutions that kept the job on track and within my budget. I can’t say enough good things about the experience and how the porch has not only increased the appeal of my house but my desire for spring so I can fully enjoy it.
