I know the owner and the workers have always helped me out, very appreciative of their service. I drive almost an hour to go here exclusively
horrible customer service Melissa hung up on me multiple times and gave me attitude and yelled at me and screamed at. never go here unless you want multiple problems way too much and deal with a crying ass baby all the time to anywhere else like Carrier cars they are my life.

U-Haul on Friday the tow behind the trailer you rented us came undone and a tire went flat and damaged our vehicle. Now we're getting a run around with your customer service sending us to an extension that immediately hangs up on you. You wouldn't let us hook anything up because it's a liability but your hookup caused it to damage our vehicle. Not to mention that your tech did not get to us for 8 hours stranding a part of our party at a gas station.
Love these guys! Melissa always makes time to get me in. Prices are fair. Good for small fixes and honest about their work. If they aren’t able to fix it, they will tell you instead of trying to do a million other things and charging you for them. That’s hard to find nowadays! :)
