I’m very pleased with the service at Hometown service. Today was just an oil change but previously he diagnosed an issue and fixed my pickup so I can depend on it. It’s a stressful thing when you don’t know who to go to that can actually help. Hometown was great
I brought my Ram 1500 to Chris last year to get my AC recharged. It was in and out, with excellent service. This year I brought in my Ram 2500 and Chris had a few more problems dealing with this one. It had nothing to do with his expertise and knowledge. Just an issue with my truck that took a little extra work. He dove into the problem and found a solution. I needed a part I hadn't noticed.
