This place should be closed down. We recently moved to town and since this storage unit was the only option we utilized it for four months, storing mainly books and holiday decorations in air right containers. Despite that, we had to throw out half of our stuff, mouse poop everywhere, evidence of mice and bugs everywhere and this isn't a small issue but an infestation. Our experience with this facility was absolutely wonderful. Martha was always pleasant and even more helpful! It was easy to set up automatic payments and the payments were always timely. The facility was easy to maneuver and very accessible. We emptied our unit today after 6 months and everything was in great shape. There were no bugs, no rodents, it was just as we had left it. I am so happy that we chose this company for storage and very thankful for their wonderful customer service!

Beyond 5 star service. Extremely friendly. I was offered a much better solution for what I needed at an excellent price. I was even given a ride home afterwards. Couldn't be happier and the facility is very secure.
