We received services on our roof at our church and paid the company $55,000. We were guaranteed it would not leak. It has done nothing but leak since then and has been an absolute nightmare. In fact, all of the places they rolled silicone on are now leaking worse than they were before. I have contacted the company and owner Jake dozens of time. Had to constantly reach out to get anyone to come out on days they were supposed to be at work site. Overbooked jobs so much longer time frame to complete work. Bad communication and timeliness of work. After roof installed had leaking throughout the house. After work completed have had issue with lighting installed, trim on roof and a few things that needed finishing still incomplete. Owner now unresponsive.
