Patrick was absolutely a top notch professional from start to finish. He met the insurance adjuster to inspect our hail damaged roof and ensure both were on the same page. He was always in contact to explain every step in the process and the related timing. He was onsite often and worked hard to ensure our satisfaction. We could not have been more pleased and impressed. Highly recommend Patrick and the Hometown team!
I had a fantastic experience with Patrick McIntosh at Hometown Roofing. He was prompt to all visits, helped me with the insurance claim, was at my house an hour before the adjuster arrived to be sure all was ready. He guided me thru the claim process and managed the crew that completed the roof. I highly recommend Patrick and Hometown and will definitely tell everyone I know that needs a roof inspected and or/replaced.
Seth and Hometown Roofing did a great job installing a new roof on our home. They were polite, professional, and communicated very well throughout the entire process. Seth and Patrick were really helpful in dealing with insurance and went to bat for us several times to make the sure the whole process worked out well for everyone! We used Hometown Roofing to replace the roof on our house, garage and shed. We worked with Patrick McIntosh and I cannot say enough nice things about him and the company. Seth came to our house after a hail storm and told us we had damage. After that Seth helped me work with my insurance company and even came out when the adjuster was here. Seth also Kept me very informed through the whole process even was very easy to work with and accommodating around my schedule.
