Everyone was informative, helpful and friendly. We were not rushed at all. However, Jenny Layne, the patient, has an IQ of 59, she will not remember anything she was told. She is a resident of Hearthsides in Lebanon and hopefully they will help her put on the sleep mask and take it off in the morning. She is excited about this and is eager to wear the mask, she just cannot follow directions and routines.
Kevin was great! Taught me how to maximize my machine and some techniques to make it last longer. Went over settings and gave suggestions. His consultation will definitely help me with my CPAP machine.
My husband, myself, and our 4 kids had to leave our home and come stay with my parents’ due to a major power outage where we live and single digit temperatures. After days of no heat and the kids freezing, we were able to find someone to come get us and get us here. But we were very rushed and I was packing alone while my husband was turning the water main off. The technician Chris who delivered my order was great and very informative! He is what more technicians need to be! Friendly, courteous and informative! Give him a raise! This medical supply company is awesome! I will refer them to anyone!
