The ladies in the office done a wonderful job. They worked very hard in getting me the equipment I needed. And Chris the delivery driver was so nice about getting me my equipment before closing on a Friday. I had major ankle surgery and I am needing equipment to help me get around and shower. Hometown Respiratory Consultants Inc have been wonderful . I always thought at 72 and getting round and doing things myself. But after a recent emergency I dicided to accept some assistance tools. They even called before I left the hospital to arrange a drop off. And they transferred me from the Gallatin office to the Lebanon office. And since I had a late release they had my equipment to my home the next morning.
Kevin was great! Taught me how to maximize my machine and some techniques to make it last longer. Went over settings and gave suggestions. His consultation will definitely help me with my CPAP machine.
My husband, myself, and our 4 kids had to leave our home and come stay with my parents’ due to a major power outage where we live and single digit temperatures. After days of no heat and the kids freezing, we were able to find someone to come get us and get us here. But we were very rushed and I was packing alone while my husband was turning the water main off. Very thorough and professional experience. I moved from Massachusetts and needed a new provider of equipment. I was shown things that I never knew regarding using and checking my machine, things that in my 20 years of using a c-pap, I was never aware of.
