Not Friendly Service The service was bordering on rude when I stopped in to inquire about a feed they might carry. They were not helpful, handed me a sheet to look at and basically ignored me while waiting to ask a question. They appeared disinterested in my business so I left. I wouldnt recommend them on the basis that I wouldnt shop there as a new customer trying to see if I wanted to shop there regularly.
Thanks for Nothing (really, nothing except a bill) Don't be fooled by their folksy name. This company has cares little for their customers. I was asked to pick up a piece of equipment by 2:00 PM. I called about 10:30 AM to let them know I would be a little late. The fellow on the phone said, "fine." However, at 2:02 PM I received a call from a very surly guy letting me know that they close at 2:00 PM (I was never told about this) and that "we've been here 60 hours this week, and don't wait on any customers." Need to learn how to do business! The other reviews are very accurate describing the attitude of this business. Repeat business is the least of their concern. They treated me the same as the others. Seemed they didn't have time to do business with you. I haven't been in their store now in quite some time, and that's only half the story. The other half is, I'll never be in their store again.
