Update and again LIES LIES LIES. I was never offered a partial store credit from anyone. Had that been offered i would have been happy to take that. Let's be perfectly clear and not muddy the waters. What a Facebook Marketplace find!!! A hidden gem of a furniture spot for Lancaster!!! Originally got lured in to go look at a different dining room set, and left having reserved this one as well as breakfront that complimented in color. The in store customer service was 10 - star, so helpful and accommodating! Delivery was arranged very promptly and was by far one of the nicest, most professional delivery teams I have ever dealt with to date! Until today I was a very satisfied and returning customer but to say this has all changed would be an understatement. If you are looking for "good customer service" don't open the front door and quickly get back into your car and drive to the parking lot exit.
