It’s disheartening to see how this company seems to primarily respond to glowing reviews while consistently ignoring negative feedback — which unfortunately appears to be part of their business approach. Traci was very helpful during our pool opening this year. She clearly communicated what we needed to have ready for the pool opening. When the team determined some parts of our filter system needed replacement, she scheduled them to return within two days (during their very busy pool opening season) and let us know what the repair would cost in advance.
