As said in some other reviews, if I could I would give this company zero stars. Poor customer service LIED to us on several occasions they were to come out and look at our filter that was leaking, after stating it was an issue with the o-ring we were told the tech would come out next day to replace it after days of not hearing anything we reached back out and were told he had already come by which was a lie because the old oring I bought on Amazon was still in the filter and I know it was the one I purchased due to the color... read more

This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We were assigned this company for our home warranty claim in Tulsa, despite the company being located in OKC. The communication was difficult at best. The number we were given to call was constantly out of service or would just beep instead of ringing. The person I spoke to at their office was extremely hard to understand. The guy who did come out from their company tried to say the pool motor was overheating due to being in the sun. IT’S A POOL. If I could give a zero I would. Was told a tech would be by on a Tuesday, he came at 530 on Wednesday, wearing airpods not friendly, barley spoke, quoted me a price, dumped some shock, then said he would be back the next day. Never showed, did not show on Friday,. Called Monday said he would be there that afternoon. No show again. Now it is Tuesday and neither him nor the office is answering. The pool is worse than before. I would not recommend them at all.

Great experience with Nick at Hometown Pools and Spas! Good guy and very knowledgeable. Pool pump went out and home warranty company assigned me to Nick. He came out and confirmed pool pump was compromised. Installed new pump and now I'm up and running again in no time. They worked with me to coordinate their availability with my next day off. Thanks again Nick!!
