Tom and Melisa should teach a masterclass on customer service. The two of them are absolutely amazing. Melisa is kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We are new hot tub owners and she took the time to explain all the different chemical types we would need and even offered a solution that was more gentle and easier to maintain. Tom is the hot tub whisperer. Our pump broke and was frozen solid, but he spent several days coming to our house to troubleshoot and fix things. He was so kind and understanding.
