We had an outstanding experience with Brian at Hometown Plumbing! Our sewer was backing up due to tree roots, and the toilet was completely blocked. The plumber arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and got to work with professionalism and expertise. He rodded the sewer line, pulling out a massive tangle of tree roots (see attached photo), and also cleared a stubborn blockage in the toilet pipe. I really wanted to have a good experience with Hometown Plumbing, but unfortunately, it didn’t turn out that way. Communication was poor from the start I had to follow up multiple times just to confirm the appointment. When the technician finally arrived, things felt rushed, and I didn’t get the sense that they were fully diagnosing the issue. Brian is truly an amazing guy AND an even better Plumber!! While I too work as a handyman and do some plumbing, he is a true “licensed professional” plumber! and is the ONLY guy I’d trust to work on my house or refer to others when or if the work is beyond me. I have used him on several occasions-including today, when he swapped a new RPZ(reduced pressure zone) backflow preventer for our exterior sprinkler system.
