Cannot recommend. The installer put in a Project Source (cheapest) toilet, not the Kohler we agreed upon. Was not the correct toilet size either. Worst of all, it was still more expensive than the quote I received on the phone after their “discount”. I also was charged $260 for an additional simple (20 minute) faucet installation that I provided.
Great experience with Tim. Highly recommend. Our usual plumber was unavailable and he and another person recommended their service. Took care of an emergency shower repair. Fair and honest pricing for honest work.
We just had Hometown Plumbing come and deal with pipes that have been freezing at times over the last few years. They were terrific to work with! They came out right away to help diagnose the issue and came back a few days later to do the job. We believe the problem is now solved. Very professional, texted reminders and updates, and did the job for a very fair price!
Art is amazing, we feared a broken sewer pipe, but he cleared a clog. Fast, prompt and professional and on Thanksgiving! Highly recommend.
I hired Hometown Plumbing to inspect the sewer line on a house I plan to purchase. Matt was on-time (actually early) and did a very professional job! After he finished and had a few minutes of extra time, he checked the water pressure in the house. He found an issue that could have cost me thousands of dollars after the sale.
