Hometown Plumbing is an outstanding company! Dan is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and takes great pride in his work. The recent 1-star review is clearly not credible—it came from a fake profile that posted nearly identical negative comments about multiple businesses in the same day. It’s unfortunate that someone would try to attack a hardworking family man with such false and slanderous claims. Dan’s reputation speaks for itself, and I’ll continue to recommend Hometown Plumbing without hesitation.

Avoid this company at all costs. The owner — who also works as the plumber — was one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. He was openly sexist in his comments and extremely condescending throughout the entire interaction. Rather than listening to my concerns or explaining the work in a respectful way, he spoke down to me as if I didn’t have the right to ask questions about my own home. Dan at Hometown Plumbing is knowledgeable and efficient. Price was good and service was excellent with the replacement of our water heater. He took the time to address our leaking heater tank after hours on a long weekend! Dan was a gentleman during the service call.

GREAT SERVICE in St. George, Brant County. Dan was friendly and efficient. He offered to come the same day we reached out to him, and was in and out within an hour. We appreciated the explanation he provided on how he fixed our toilet issue, and even educated us about other things to look out for in the home. Dan was also reasonably priced for the parts and labor that were necessary to get our job done. We would definitely recommend Dan. Thanks again!
