I was having trouble getting my medication due to an error with my insurance. Odalis who was very kind and highly intelligent, took the time to call and correct the situation. I cannot thank her enough for taking the time to fix the issue and getting the approval to go through for such an expensive medication. Had a package shipped to this location recently and when i went to retrieve the package they gave it another person with the same first name. Never checked for ID or confirmation that it was the person’s package whatsoever. They told me to return the next day for the package saying the person who received it would return it. They did return it, but everything was opened inside and already compromised so when i picked it up I respectfully asked next time for them to check for a ID.
