If you need meds in a timely manner, opt for a big chain, especially if it's for under 30-day supplies. We also had issues with RXs translating oddly to this pharmacy, where a "15 day supply" of Zofran kept coming up as 10, so instead of getting 15 pills like we were supposed to, we got shorted 5 pills and would be given 10. Note, insurance doesn't like non-cancer patients having more than 1 pill a day, despite a doctor being able to write the RX as "as needed". So, there's a little blame on everyone's plate I think.
