I’ve been using this pharmacy for years now. And today it the first time I’ve ever had an issue. But a little kindness on the other end of the phone goes a long way & actually goes both ways. After be slammed on hold because I was correcting a simple mistake that was discussed with my doctor. The young lady on the phone didn’t like how I had addressed that issue.
