Communication is lacking. The inability to refill a medication that is on auto refill or effectively communicate about whether or not a prescription is ready is absolutely insane to me. I will say the prescription in question did need prior authorization but the process wasn’t even started until 2 days after the prescription was supposed to be ready for pick up according to someone who worked there, and the process was only started due to me requesting and inquiring about why it had not been done yet if we were set up for au... read more
Hometown Pharmacy is the best. They waited past closing time for us to get there so we could get a prescription our child really needed right away. They also went above and beyond and worked with our insurance company to help us get coverage for a medication one of us needed. I highly recommended Vance and his team at Hometown Pharmacy!
