I have been using Hometown Pharmacy for several years and it has always been my favorite Pharmacy as of lately. I am getting more and more discouraged with their service. I use the drive-through window completely all the time and have always had good service as of lately it has gotten to where it is not as good. My family and I have been using hometown since they opened. Laura the pharmacist has been so friendly but this new pharmacist Kathey will run that business to the ground. She’s rude and is very willing to lose long time customers (again, from day 1) and say we “would just need to transfer pharmacies” since THEY screwed up a medication and had to refund it.
