The fat old white guy with white hair is the worst person you want to deal with when you are sick or filling a script. He is very rude and he just don't care .He sold not be working with people ever Hopefully he will retire very soon cause he is just that bad. Already Great Service Provided!! – I love the customer service that is provided by the pharmacy. I just have one small suggestion that I believe would cut down on the phone calls to the pharmacy and assist the customer with receiving more vital information regarding their prescription refills. It would be great if you could access the "status of your refill. Also, the "status" of your fax request that is sent to the doctors. It would be great to receive the information that the fax was sent and if/and when the refill request... read more
