I am so thankful for Hometown pediatrics! After nearly 12 years of getting no answers from 2 other pediatricians Teri got us answers and a diagnosis I mention was a possibility to other doctors who dismissed me and would not even test him for. Teri and her team are angels without them would have never received any answers. They are very through and attentive to their patients and their families and listen to all my concerns and as new patient I was able to get my son and daughter in quickly which was so appreciated. Hometown Pediatrics is amazing! Even with last-minute sick visits, they get us in quickly and provide top-notch care. Dr. Teri is thorough, knowledgeable, and always takes such good care of the kids. The front desk staff is very helpful with scheduling, and the nurses are gentle and so incredibly kind!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Teri and her office staff. From Abby at the front desk, to the nurses, Savannah, and Kari. They are truly so welcoming and kind when working with my kids. Teri displays an incredible wealth of knowledge. Teri is more readily available than many other providers. She pours her heart into her practice and her patients, and it truly shows. We truly could not ask for a better health care professional to take care of our children. Teri is absolutely top notch in every way. As a mama to 3 little kids, she never makes us feel rushed or overwhelmed. When our first daughter was born, we saw Teri at a previous practice she worked in, and we are so GRATEFUL that we found her... Editing my review 01/25/26: Teri is wonderful with kiddos. I loved how she interacted with my daughter. However, she is not as great with adults. Her receptionist was rude to me and made me feel like a burden and when I brought this to Teri's attention, instead of having a phone call with me, I got a message that made me feel again, like a burden.
