I went to take my New Toro mower in for warranty repair and Brian Anderson’s first words to me is “you want me to warranty this and you bought it elsewhere.I don’t have to warranty this “ I asked him if he was a Toro Dealer” but he already had his advised me wasn’t going to warranty it so I asked his name. Since this is Toro dealer. I have reached out to Toro and the Secretary of States office to file a complaint. These guys saved my day. I was in town to see family and had a tire blow out. They were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. My situation was more complicated because it was a Tesla, which they hadn't worked on before, but they took it all in stride and go the the job done.
