I thought I had a transmission problem. Gator responded and fit me in right away. He looked at the levels, fluid and test drove the car. He then told me it was full and operating well, not to worry. He also did not charge me. He earned our business with his knowledge, honesty and customer service. Thank you so much.

Im giving hometown 5 stars simply because of the level of attention that gets paid to my vehicles. The customer service and communication when an unforseen problem is found through their detailed inspections is second to none, also the quality of repairs and the knowledge they have to explain a problem so i can understand it is off the charts, They are never to busy to answer questions and will take the time to research a problem if they dont know the answer.
