I was supposed to be seen today for a new patient appointment. I got there 15-20 minutes before my appointment to fill out the new patient paperwork. I waited two hours before I finally left and still did not see the Dr. I had my newborn with me as well, fresh in the trenches of postpartum and apparently respecting people’s time is not a priority at this place. If you do plan to make an appointment here, I would take the entire day off work and expect to wait at least three hours to see a doctor.
This is not a place I would recommend. They will waste your time and then try to scam you. We waited over an hour to see this "Dr" when we tried to leave they said they will charge us for essentially a no show apt. Lack of time management is not your patient's fault. Take some consideration for your patients and realize that the DR apt that is supposed to last maybe and 1hr tops isn't an all day affair. People have lives, jobs and kids. Mind you, your front staff are also rude.
I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading the reviews, but I need a Dr. so I kept my appointment with Carmen W. She was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I left after bloodwork and an exam, of course we talked about my history and current medical situation. I actually felt heard. I am not one to run to a doctor, for every little thing, so I was pleased with her knowledge and her compassion.She was making a plan for the outcome of blood tests, which ever way they go.
