I will preface this by saying I am not a patient. I am the daughter of a patient. This office has been a true God send. Carmen took her time with my mother and LISTENED to her and her concerns. When I spoke to my mom after her visit, she sounded hopeful, which is not something I have heard in such a long time it feels like. Carmen, and staff, thank you from the very bottom of this daughters heart. I can't wait to see what the future holds for my sweet momma and for your practice.
The "doctor" couldn't see a lesion that I had concern about, though it was there when I went to see a different doctor. The billing is a joke, I have been billed for two visits, but on the same day, which seems to be a lot like medical insurance fraud. Steer clear of this office.
