The worst company to deal with. Unprofessional, disrespectful with customer time, extremely slow to process loans which led to being requested documents from Alberto Vargas that should have been requested days before, on the date of closing as I was at Title company. I do not recommend this company, do your loans through any other company. It cannot possible be worse.z
I was deceived into paying $2,970.00 for 6 appraisals that to this day I have never received, nor seen. They canceled my loans because my properties didn't qualify, as according to Clayton Cooke, the values came into low. However before getting the appraisals done, Clayton told me that they would refinance my properties if they had values in the 25k range. This is by far the most incompetent, irresponsible, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If i wasn’t so deep into the process really want the house I would have fired them mid process. If you pick this company over other brokerage companies in Birmingham you are doing yourself a major disservice. I was referred to Clyde Bell by a friend.
