Matthew Oliver is hands down the best lawyer I have ever dealt with. We had two closings on the same day and he made the whole thing so stress free, gave us step by step notice of all we needed to do and when, and managed the timing of it all perfectly. He's also both professional and upbeat - so unlikely previous house sales the signing didn't feel brutally boring or complicated. My husband and I both would use him again in a heartbeat.
