WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY Booked an appointment I show up nobody is at the front I waited 45 minutes with my new born baby that is ridiculous. I call I get the answer machine what’s the point of having a sign saying someone will be right out and nobody shows up. I left a voicemail nobody has called me back.
Very upset with this place, Tina was super kind and relatable so I trusted her to remove one of my tattoos. I had gotten 4 laser tattoo removal sessions here but something felt off, I was noticing a lot of hyperpigmentation so I went and got a consultation at pampered soul laser with Pam. She noticed it right away and explained that the laser intensity they were using was set too high and was frying my skin. Took my daughter to get her ears (re)pierced & she was a bit nervous. It was such a friendly, positive experience that she bounced out of there so happy & excited. Recommend!
