I cannot offer a recommendation for Hometown Insurance Solutions. There are more knowledgable, experienced and professional agents in the area. While requesting a homeowners insurance quote, although courteous, agent provided me with less than the expected level of service to the point of being unhelpful. a) NO response to repeated emails b) office phone rang many (>15) times till finally answered on cell phone.
