John was amazing!! This company is amazing!! I emailed on a Sat about getting the speedometer fixed on my Prius and they got me in on Tuesday!! They gave me a window of 10-11am and John called and let me know when he was on the way! Way better than those 4 hour time windows most people give. John was friendly and quick, he took care of the issue and even answered random questions I had as this is my first Prius. My Toyota Camry Hybrid battery died several weeks ago. I contacted Hometown Hybrids to see about a replacement. John drove in Tuesday morning and did an excellent job installing the replacement battery. He called on his way in and gave me an ETA. He said the job would take an hour and it actually only took about 45 minutes. My Camry is back up and running. Well done!
John did an amazing job installing the refurb battery in my 2009 prius. Efficient and courteous ! Definately recommend Hometown Hybrids
