Nathan was awesome! We were thinking our Prius needed a new hybrid battery, but he was able to diagnose the problem as a faulty water pump--much less costly of a repair than anticipated! He was polite and efficient and finished quickly.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Their customer service rep was very quick to respond and very knowledgeable. My mechanic, John, was so friendly and efficient. They replaced my hybrid battery and combination meter for less than the dealership quoted me for just the battery! This is their second time saving my old Prius, I definitely recommend their services!
