Had them come out to replace A-coil & drain pan on my air handler. I thought all was good but it was not cooling down. Turns out they installed the A-coil but left a 4" gap at the top of the coil and housing that let the air flow bypass the coil, and not get conditioned (cooled). Called to complain and they hung up on me. Would not use as it seems they do not care about their service
Outstanding service!! Called with a furnace issue. Arrived same day to establish what the issue was. Home town ordered the part and expedited shipping to get issue resolved quickly. Honest pricing and GREAT customer service! Highly recommend this amazing company and will be my go to for any HVAC needs in the future. Honest, Reliable, and affordable.

I give Hometown Heating and Cooling my highest rating 5+ stars. I had an ac unit go down while I had my entire family staying in my house on vacation. Of course it was 95 that day. I contacted them and they had someone out to me that morning and had my unit running again. I can’t ask for better service than that. They have earned a lifetime customer.
Best place hands down. Highly recommended.
