Absolutely do not use this company. They over commit and do not deliver. My wife was being discharged from a rehabilitation hospital and this company accepted the referral to provide home health nursing care, occupational therapy and physical therapy. Medicare approved this company to provide care. After 5 days they informed us they could not provide physical therapy, which is what my wife needed the most. We had to find another provider which started the approval process again with a new company, which delayed her care. Our... read more
Peggy did a very good job for the first home visit. She listened well and her insight helped clarify my understanding of my health issues based on her extensive experience.
Jana was not only professional, knowledgeable, and kind, she was personable and had a way about putting you at ease while performing her duties. She is the complete package.
Our mom, who is 90, received services from Hometown Home Health, after a debilitating UTI in mid December 2024. When returning home the end of January, Jordan became her Physical Therapist. Mom is suffering from Dementia and at times can be difficult. Jordan came and worked with Mom on her stability, getting her strength back and doing tasks that helped with her mobility. She was ALWAYS kind, upbeat and professional. Highly recommend this young woman as a care giver!!
My sister, Rozann Rouse came to live with me and I became her caregiver. Her doctor recommended therapy and we went with Hometown Home Health. Her team consisted of Ludette who came out and did a thorough assessment of her and made us aware of what to expect.
