Best support services, home health Care I have ever experienced. Peggy was fantastic regarding intake and evaluations. Haley was my nurse who showed great insight and knowledge I wish her the best. Leah was a fantastic physical therapist who helped me get through some tough hurdles like just regaining mobility. So all in all I receive fantastic care from hometown home health!
My Physical Therapist MR STAN TURNER was EXCEPTIONAL in his efforts to ensure I had everything needed to get me up & going again after surgery! His PROFESSIONALISM and his EFFORTS put forth during every visit is commendable! Not only was he concerned about my well-being he always inquired about how my daughter’s wellbeing progressed during my downtime!
