I had a fantastic experience with Hometown Heroes! They came to fix a leak in my upstairs bathroom, and I was so impressed with how responsive they were. They got someone out the very next day! Caleb, the technician, was super friendly and professional. He not only installed a new wax ring and fixed the leak, but he also took the time to explain the issue and even got my son involved in the process, which was a fun learning experience for him.
