I had Trevin come in and work on my AC! He was very helpful and knowledgeable and fantastic job letting me know what was needed and not needed. I believe it was Brian who came out and installed my Humidifier, which was not hooked up correctly and full of mold! I had Caleb come in and check out my plumbing and will have him come back to fix a gas line that the gas company taped off for a "slight" leak. Great job guys! I'm glad I found your company!!
I have never used Hometown Heroes. This is the third time they have ask for my opinion even though they called me on the phone and said they would not do this again. Obviously they have no idea how to operate on the internet.
Great job! Field tech was perfect gentleman, honest in his evaluation and explained as he went along. Textbook example of how it should go.
