This company used to be really good. I’ve had to use them recently, and I am very unimpressed with the service I’ve received. I have DTE Energy appliance protection and they’re out servicing an upright freezer for me. They scheduled with me to be there on a Monday. they never called never showed. I was busy Tuesday and was unable to call them. Called Wednesday was told she would check with their technician. Never heard anything Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday have put in another call on Monday.

Drove from Sterling Heights to meet these guys at my cabin in grayling and they never showed up or called me, shame on them, I’ll have to hire a real company from down below.

Absolutely fantastic!! Our dryer was down and they came the next day, very professional, great prices. Had us up and running right away!! They have done work for us in past and always fantastic!!

My husband called on Saturday afternoon from the Detroit area to help my mom in Grayling with her furnace. Ken was at her house in less than 2 hours. He fixed and cleaned her furnace. He was friendly, professional and caring. Will definitely call again if his service are ever needed.
