We have been having different issues with our 4 year old furnace. After the tech who installed it was there 4 times and still had the same problem I called Hometown. After talking to Ken on the phone he came out. He was only there about an hour but fixed our problem. Super professional.

Second time technician came out and refused to come in on an emergency cause the house is a mess, I understand the issues of a mess but if your job is to go into people's homes so e of which with health issues or disability of their own that may hinder cleaning you shouldn't puss out and leave them hanging with no heat or water in the winter

Bob came and looked at my furnace and told me I needed a new one. While I was waiting he gave me heaters on loan to keep me and 8 kids warm. He went above and beyond to take care of my family. Highly recommend

Changed me for an emergency several call to install a water heater. After I made an appointment to install it. Then he told my girlfriend that the boiler had a leak. Shut the boiler down. Told her to go buy space heaters. See you in 2 weeks on Friday. Never showed up to an appointment made 2 weeks in advance. My girlfriend text them, and was told there are people without heat longer than you have been without heat. I fired up the boiler after changing the pressure relief valve that was bad. Had problems with new heating very expensive but top of the line two stage they did great job troubleshooting they hung in there a solved the issues they are reliable an do good job
