Showed up on time! Excellent service! Very honest and fixed my furnace at an extremely reasonable price! Will use again and recommend to all my friends!
Terrible service. They came, the technician had someone else with him waiting in the truck, spent less than 20 miniutes here while his truck was running. Diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes as being low on freon. Charged me $385 put freon in ( I assume) and left. It never really got very cool. It stopped blowing cool air the next day. Won't use them ever again. In a big hurry to collect the money and get gone. Not concerned at all with solving the problem.
