Sooo NOT HAPPY with this DME company and this so called mattress on this RENTED hospital bed for our mom. She said the springs are poking her in the back. Her son calls, some man comes out, flips the mattress and leaves. We found out that for A PRICE we can upgrade. I wonder if Medicare knows what they are paying for. The whole experience with the “custom” wheelchair was so terrible that I returned it. The communication was terrible as I was told different timelines on receiving the chair. Joshua came out to take measurements but rounded up on the width for the chair which made it too big. He also didn’t bother to get my current weight, but instead took the reading from my discharge from rehab which was 30 pounds heavier. I told him I was still losing weight but he ignored me. The folks that work here are amazing! The nicest and most accommodating people I have encountered in a long while. They made a very difficult situation much more bearable.
Chris and the team have been wonderful to work with! They go out of their way to take care of the mutual clients that I refer to them.
