I had an excellent experience at Hometown Healthcare today. I walked in at 1:50 PM, just 10 minutes before their 2:00 PM closing time. The staff let me know that new patient intake usually takes about 20–30 minutes, but they were still willing to see me. They sent a secure intake link directly to my phone, which made everything incredibly easy. I was able to use autofill and complete all of the paperwork quickly without needing assistance.
