The best primary care facility in all of Chino, Prescott, Prescott valley. ALL OF THEM. They have the best staff out there! I see Dr.Brea by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. She takes her time and even makes sure that I’m doing okay emotionally as well as well as dealing with physical pain right now. Because we all know if you’ve been in a lot of pain it can bring you down. But I’m well taken care of here. They have the right approach when it comes to healthcare and we are sincerely grateful that this practice exists. Real people meeting real needs.
I'm someone whose entire adult life has been filled with medical issues and know my PCP especially the NPs around here can only do so much. With that being said, when Joe's office opened a few years ago, it was great, he and I had a good understanding of one another. My wife had a falling out, I stayed. Today I had a scheduled appt for 9:15AM. At 9:00 recieved a text to arrive 15 min early for an 8:15AM appt. Clerical error ok. They could not see me, so I will not be returning. Please do better—figure it out. NPs act like they care yet push them meds for a fatter check. Did you all really go to college for this? Extremely disappointed in this sickcare facility. Asked the nurse for her advice on an OTC and she had to use a search engine for an answer. Wow! Ask questions and you're gonna get a shoulder shrug and an "I don't know" answer.
