Please do better—figure it out. NPs act like they care yet push them meds for a fatter check. Did you all really go to college for this? Extremely disappointed in this sickcare facility. Asked the nurse for her advice on an OTC and she had to use a search engine for an answer. Wow! Ask questions and you're gonna get a shoulder shrug and an "I don't know" answer. They have new staff, great drs and are one of the best drs offices in Prescott and Prescott Valley They are always helpful and listen to their patients. Friendly and courteous.
Horrible experience, I don't get why I didn't deserve the 5star care some other reviewers got. Lori the Office Manager was nice but we found out later she kept lying to everyone trying to cover for Joe Gingo. He said he was a Veteran & he talked big how he was going to step up to the VA & get us the care we deserved. Lies! He never sent any of my referrals. Me & the VA called & called, nothing! Gingo had poor communication skills, little empathy, zero patience & made promises he never did keep. Shameful
Called in for a week straight to get a refill on a medication, as did my wife Followed instructions to a T on answering menu. Never got a return call. Just ghosted, it’s a meds action you aren’t supposed to stop taking either. Horrible service, can’t talk to a human being. Lost all faith in this PCP
