I wish all doctors provided so much attention as Dr. Pencek. At appointments, she is never rushed. She is incredibly organized and detailed oriented. I feel confident when I ask her questions (in person or through her app), I will get a clear answer every time. Plus, Dr. Pencek is very quick to respond via her app. So if you have just a quick question or need a refill on a scrip while you are at the pharmacy, chances are she will respond while you are still there. It is wonderful to know my doctor is so accessible.
Stop here— You’ve found your doctor! Dr.Pencek is amazing. My first appointment, we spoke for close to 2 hours. She really takes the time to get to know you and discuss any issues in detail, as well as learning about your history before you come in. Dr. Pencek and Hometown Health have been exactly what I needed in my life. The direct primary care model is worth every penny because of Dr. P. She is immediately responsive and has saved me trips to Urgent Care and other offices with her quick care. I can’t say enough about Dr. Pencek. She has been a great asset in helping me navigate the world of healthcare. She explains things so that I understand and answers all my questions throughly. Unlike other doctors in today’s healthcare, Dr. Pencek takes time to answer all questions. I don’t feel rushed through my appointments. She truly cares about my personal health. I am very blessed to have found her.
Dr. Pencek is an amazing physician and I’m so lucky to have found her! This is not a traditional primary care office as you are thinking. Dr. Pencek took as much time as I needed… really got to know me as a person, my lifestyle, and my past medical history. She was thorough, knowledgeable about current research and literature regarding a variety of health topics, and extremely kind and friendly.
