The customer service is horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Managers don't return phone calls and emails go unanswered. After paying outrages premiums for over four years (on time and in full), I expected to at least get prompt and complete responses to my questions. Instead I got the run around and apologies that included "I am sorry you feel that your haven't been communicated with, BUT.."
