Please approve my pharmacy's claim for my meds. My doctor faxed in the pre-authorization and 6 month refill 2 months ago which I know you received because you approved my December meds. Please approve the refills for January. I am now 8 days overdue on my meds!
I had been very concerned regarding the switch to mail order medications, especially in regards to temperatures that basic meds are subjected to in a mailbox. Kristi from Hometown just called me and has greatly eased my mind with both the transition and the temperature/efficacy testing that the FDA requires for all medications- something I had no idea occurred! Thanks Hometown for reaching out to me!
They are a genuine and caring facility that gives you that warm feeling that they care.
I signed up for a virtual visit at 730 am because I had a bladder infection and the virtual visit is free. I received a phone call at 230 asking if I was coming in for my appointment in Fernley ...I live in sparks. The information on their website regarding Customer Service open "Monday through Sunday, 7:00 am - 8:00 pm" is untrue. When that number (775-982-3232) is called, the voice mail informs the caller that the office is open from Monday- Friday only. Also, when an appeal is received, HH explicitly states will be "no longer than 72 hours" from the time they receive it, to make a decision. Let's hope there is more truth in that statement than the former. Patiently waiting...
