Customer service was great! Our apparel sales lady was so helpful and went above and beyond for us.
I went to get a tire for my bike and ended up trading for another. They worked out a deal that was too good to refuse...and believe me, I tried. Great ppl, great atmosphere and a great bike..thanks.
Went in three months ago just to look around. They invited me to take a bike out on a test drive decided I would trade my bike in to get a preowned bike that they had the process went fairly smooth a lot of back-and-forth That wasn’t the issue. The issue I have is the back end paperwork of the process. I had gap coverage on my old bike when I traded it in I called and canceled that policy a few days after purchasing my new bike to this day November 26 of 2025. Great atmosphere and great team helped me find the right bike for me.
So Boneyard called me the other day with an offer which after much texting due to work we were able to work out a decent deal. I live 2.5 hours away from this dealer, so I couldn't easily get there. I made sure to mention that, and also when pressured to come in Sat to sign stuff, I agreed and mentioned I would be there at a specific time, and that I wanted to see the bike and test ride it. I got there about 7 minutes after the time given and then found out the bike wasn't even at this dealers location but was 18 hours away.... read more
