Update: Amazingly, after 8 months of repeated trips in order to get the money we are owed, it only took a negative review to illicit a response. I received a voicemail from Penny, the office manager, stating she had a check for me. We went down 4 days after the call (they were closed 2 of those days) and was told they had mailed the check. It has been 8 days since we were told this and we still haven’t received anything (we live less than 10 miles from the business). This is a 1 star rating because I couldn’t rate this business with a negative star rating. We have been waiting since June of last year for a return of a service contact payment on a motorcycle we traded in on a purchase of a different motorcycle. We have made several trips to Towers HD and spoken with many individuals including their finance specialists and managers. Each time we were told they are working on it but the issue has not been resolved. We have been more than patient with our requests but the bottom line is this... read more
