This has to be the rudest hardware store in NJ. Don't go here unless you actually like being disrespected. I'm all for supporting local businesses but the spectacled owner's attitude is toxic. This jerk so motivates me to go a big box store. There are plenty of other local hardware stores in Bergen County that doesn't cop an attitude with their customers. I will never spend another dollar in this store and they can go to hell.
Awful!!! Major attitude problem. Like most homeowners not everyone is knowledgeable with repairs. But sometimes we like to try. These people seriously discourage that urge and make you feel like an idiot. Went to another store and WOW what a difference. Bent over backwards to help me. Stay clear of them...HIGH prices on top of condescending attitude...no thank you.
Don't even bother. High prices and MAJOR attitude problem. Went in for some help and left feeling like an Idiot. I told the guy what I wanted to do and he was soooo rude and arrogant. Went to another store and NOT to my surprise I WAS RIGHT!!! BAD BAD BAD.....
