I been here 11 years. The problem is just recently new management took over & we were all snowed in here, especially after a snow storm. Before there was always hired help for winter if they were out here wee hours of the mornings to clear parking lots & sidewalks was always clear for our safety. I couldn't get no further then outside my door scared of falling in knee deep snow, so my daughter got out of her car to see if she could come up here to help me & just outside her car was slippery everywhere. I been here 10 years. Very clean & all one floor for health reasons for one can't do stairs. Maintenance & his brother care how things are done as they would if their own place. It's very clean here and nice quiet here.
