On Friday the 13th of Feb of course, with plans to leave town the next morning Valentines Day and our 22nd Anniversary the spring on my garage door broke, so with a quick search I found Hometown Garage Door Service , called and expected an appointment after I got back, WELL the lady I spoke with said can have someone there between 11 and 1 and I was very pleased . Hometown Garage Door in Abingdon, Va is a great company for the homeowner! Tina in Customer Service and Sam, field installer and technician were very professional and made a bad issue go away. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door issue anyone may be experiencing!

I called Hometown and got an appointment for next day to adjust a loud and squeaky garage door. Sam arrived on time and after I showed him the problem, he went to work and quickly made the necessary adjustments. Sam was very thorough and I quickly realized I was talking to a very experienced professional. I would highly recommend calling these folks for any repairs.

I had an issue with my garage door not closing and contacted them this morning. I received an appointment that someone would be there between 12 and 2. Heath showed up a little and 12 and explained what the problem was. Issue required a new brace which he promptly installed. Everything was done to my satisfaction and no complaints. Heath was very friendly and should be commended.
