I had an issue with my garage door not closing and contacted them this morning. I received an appointment that someone would be there between 12 and 2. Heath showed up a little and 12 and explained what the problem was. Issue required a new brace which he promptly installed. Everything was done to my satisfaction and no complaints. Heath was very friendly and should be commended.
Sam was very prompt, efficient, and pleasant. We were very pleased with this company and his work. We highly recommend.
Sam and his associate installed a new opener very quickly. They cleaned everything up and instructed me on all the features of the new opener. I had them come back and they installed new seal on the bottom of the door. They are very professional and I highly recommend Hometown. Thanks for a great job!
This company is nothing but a rip off!
