Three friends ordered a large peace lilly to be delivered on Friday June 20th to Pennington-Smith Funeral home. Was told there were large peace lillys coming Thursday evening. The person that was supposed to be gifted the plant advised us that it wasn’t there at the funeral home. We were NOT notified that it was not delivered. Multiple calls went unanswered today only to finally be told “I don’t know why it wasn’t delivered” and they will refund. What????? That’s the answer.
