A coworker and her husband ordered wind chimes for my mom’s funeral. They were not delivered. When I checked into it, I was told they never got the order. I was told I could pick them up. Since I am out of state, my cousin, who works right next door, went to pick them up. She was told they would have to order some. She checked back numerous times and still wasn’t able to get them. Three friends ordered a large peace lilly to be delivered on Friday June 20th to Pennington-Smith Funeral home. Was told there were large peace lillys coming Thursday evening. The person that was supposed to be gifted the plant advised us that it wasn’t there at the funeral home. We were NOT notified that it was not delivered. Multiple calls went unanswered today only to finally be told “I don’t know why it wasn’t delivered” and they will refund. What????? That’s the answer.
