Gary and his crew recently replaced the 18 yr old carpet in Vickie’s Personal Touch’s day spa with fantastic luxury vinyl plank flooring. His crew was super efficient while maintaining exquisite attention to detail. Jennifer was fabulous in helping plan the project, schedule install and pick material. Love being able to support another Wauconda Small Business!
I am so happy with my new floors, especially my stairs and loft. Gary came out and talked to me and suggested ideas and Jennifer helped me pick out my flooring in the showroom. They really care and they want you to be happy with their service. I highly recommend them!
If you’re looking for new flooring THIS IS THE PLACE. We got quotes from a few other local places and Hometown had the best price with amazing selection of product. We had our entire second floor carpeted and it turned out AMAZING (see photos) It’s a family business so you’re working on a personal level. Any question we had- was answered promptly and with kindness. You’re not going to find nicer people to work with than at Hometown Flooring!
I can’t recommend Hometown Flooring enough! Gary and Jennifer were so helpful from start to finish. Their service was top notch in every way and Brad and Drew did an amazing job installing our carpeting and answering our questions. The whole team was very professional and we look forward to having them carpet our other bedrooms in the near future.
Hometown Flooring is truly a hidden gem in Wauconda. Gary and Jennifer ensured everything went as planned throughout the project. I was looking for a reliable flooring company to install a 3/4" x 2.25" Red Oak Select and better plank flooring for my 2nd floor, to be finished and stained to match the hardwood on the 1st floor. After the wood flooring project was completed we asked them back to carpet our Master Bedroom. The results were excellent!
