I can’t recommend Hometown Flooring enough! Gary and Jennifer were so helpful from start to finish. Their service was top notch in every way and Brad and Drew did an amazing job installing our carpeting and answering our questions. The whole team was very professional and we look forward to having them carpet our other bedrooms in the near future.
If you’re looking for new flooring THIS IS THE PLACE. We got quotes from a few other local places and Hometown had the best price with amazing selection of product. We had our entire second floor carpeted and it turned out AMAZING (see photos) It’s a family business so you’re working on a personal level. Any question we had- was answered promptly and with kindness. You’re not going to find nicer people to work with than at Hometown Flooring!
Hometown Flooring is truly a hidden gem in Wauconda. Gary and Jennifer ensured everything went as planned throughout the project. I was looking for a reliable flooring company to install a 3/4" x 2.25" Red Oak Select and better plank flooring for my 2nd floor, to be finished and stained to match the hardwood on the 1st floor. After the wood flooring project was completed we asked them back to carpet our Master Bedroom. The results were excellent!
Hometown Flooring is a homerun company!! Gary & Jennifer, we’re so helpful, responsive, patient, courteous and just all-around professionals. I wish more companies had their level of client service and quality driven mindset. They have a great selection of product, nice sample sizes to better visualize and the best/fairest prices. Gary and his staff were exceptional throughout the entire process! His team refinished our existing hardwood floor and installed new hardwood on the first level of our home. It turned out absolutely beautiful. He also installed new carpeting on the second floor, which also turned out gorgeous.
