Hometown Flooring Designs is by far "the best" flooring company I have ever used (and I have used a lot over the years). I am so happy that I found Hometown Flooring Designs as I will stay with them forever now. Gary and Jennifer make the whole experience fun and easy throughout the process of selecting and installation. I highly recommend Hometown Flooring Designs for any flooring you need or want!!! Gary and his crew are the best I have seen at installation!!! They are also very courteous and good people!!!
Gary and his team did an outstanding job installing carpet on our second floor. The carpet really brightened up the whole house! I highly recommend them! Jennifer was also amazing with communication and making this a smooth process!

Gary and his crew recently replaced the 18 yr old carpet in Vickie’s Personal Touch’s day spa with fantastic luxury vinyl plank flooring. His crew was super efficient while maintaining exquisite attention to detail. Jennifer was fabulous in helping plan the project, schedule install and pick material. Love being able to support another Wauconda Small Business!
Gary and his staff were exceptional throughout the entire process! His team refinished our existing hardwood floor and installed new hardwood on the first level of our home. It turned out absolutely beautiful. He also installed new carpeting on the second floor, which also turned out gorgeous. His team was always on time, professional, and extremely efficient in the way they worked. He was also very flexible with scheduling due to several other projects going on in our home. Very happy and would highly recommend his se... read more
