If you are looking for a gym that is more personal than the big meat markets,try Hometown.There are no high pressure sales or contracts to lock you in.They dont need it.Once you go you will be happy to come back. I feel its my own personal gym. The staff and trainers are really friendly and make you feel at home. The classes are really fun I especially like the pilates and yoga. My mom has joined the Silver Sneak's and she really looks forward to it. Instead of dreading exercise I now look forward to it. Give it a try!
