NOT Recommended Refused service after missing two appointments. After returning from a deployment, I realized that an appointment was missed. I rescheduled for the earliest opening over three months away and did not recieve any sort of reminder. When I requested all documents for my sons, they couldn't find them. I waited over a week. Hypocritical...poorly managed business.
GREAT DENTIST! I am used to a Pediatric Dentist so my first impression was that the office in not very kid friendly. BUT we were there for a total of 30 min for both my kids!! And they are SO great with kids, both my boy's were very comfortable. The second visit for filings was 45min! That included having my 3yr old sudated.Would highly recommend. PROS: Very fast service & friendly staff!! CONS: My area for kids to play
Not Understanding for the Military!!! I have been taken my three children there for over six years and in six years one of my children missed 2 appointments. They canceled service to that child but they would see the other two children. I do not feel comfortable with a clinic that does not offer services to my entire family. I thought this was a nice clinic, my children knew the dental assistants but the front desk receptionist are not understanding.
